Love N' Dancing is a 2008 romantic drama centered around two lonely people who rekindle each others passion for dance, among other things, after coincidentally meeting for a swing-dance lesson. The film was written by Tom Malloy and directed by Robert Iscove who's most popular films include She's All That, From Justin to Kelly, and Boys and Girls. Jessica (Amy Smart) is a young English teacher engaged to a successful businessman named Kent (Billy Zane - who else is better suited for the role?). Superficially, Jessica seems headed in the right direction, but the reality is she's hit somewhat of a plateau and is looking for an escape. She enlists in dance lessons at a local studio where she meets Jake (Tom Malloy), a world renown swing-dance teacher. Once there, Jessica is awakened from her sleepy, daily routine and is reintroduced to her passion for dance. This adoration for expression spills over into other realms where Jessica finds herself attracted to Jake. To make matters more difficult, Jake is also involved with another woman (Nicola Royston). Their love affair jeopardizes so many things - an upcoming dance competition, and their current relationships with other people.
