Madame Sin is a 1972 suspense thriller starring legendary Bette Davis as an evil mastermind battling with the CIA for a secret submarine weapon. She lives in a hidden futuristic fortress where she brings the kidnapped Anthony Lawrence (Robert Wagner), a former CIA agent, for her latest plot. She wants to hijack a nuclear submarine from the Navy and sell it to revolutionaries for billions of dollars, no matter if the result is worldwide destruction. She forces Lawrence to help her brainwash his friend and Naval Commander Cavendish (Gordon Jackson), who has the necessary training to guide the submarine to the intended destination. Lawrence manages to escape her clutches and hurries to warn the government. The sly Madame is as brilliant as she is diabolical and anticipates his every move in this cat-and-mouse game of global proportions.
