Marche A L'Ombre, a French film released in 1984, is a comedy about the adventures of Francois (G''rard Lanvin) and Denis (Michel Blanc). Francois and Denis are an emotionally mismatched pair of friends. Their adventures begin as the companions clumsily make their way from Greece into France. Although Francois is a talented musician, he and Denis are terribly low on cash. As they migrate throughout France into Paris, they end up staying in several less than savory environments and deal with their consequences. When the pair arrives in Paris, their luck seems to get better when they meet a beautiful blond woman by the name of Mathilde (Sophie Duez). After meeting the gorgeous Mathilde, the antics truly unfold as both Denis and Francois see something special in her. Marche A L'Ombre, which translates to "Walk In The Shade," earned Sophie Duez a C''sar nomination for Most Promising Actress in 1985.
