Mary Shelley's Frankenstien is the 1994 all-star cast adaptation of the classic horror novel, and is available on Crackle.com. Produced by legendary direct/producer Francis Ford Coppola (two year after the wild success of his horror adaptation of "Bram Stoker's Dracula") and starring and directed by acclaimed actor Keneth Branagh as the ambitious Dr. Victor Frankenstein. The film also stars American top-actor Robert De Niro as the Frankenstein monster known only as the Creature, who was reanimated from a collection of sewn together body parts by the death obsessed scientist. Once rejected by his creator as a monstrous failed experiment, the creature escapes and becomes an enraged destructive force. In it's time away, the creature teaches himself how to read and write and talk. It decides to come back to Frankenstein's mansion and take its revenge. After murdering the Doctor's brother, he makes Frankenstein a deal - if he creates a bride for him, he will disappear forever. The doctor agrees, unknowing that the one he will create is the only one he has ever loved. The film also stars Helena Bonham Carter as Elizabeth, Ian Holme as Dr. Frankenstein's father, and Tom Hulce as Frankenstein's best friend Henry.
