The East End Kids are trying to clean up the neighborhood of toughs and hoods when they rescue a millionaire from some muggers. Befriended by the grateful millionaire, the gang is invited to his home where they discover that one of the muggers was the man's son. Looking to help out the gentleman, the East Side Kids decide to reform the son as repayment for his generosity. Disturbing news from the war and the kidnapping of the son by his fellow muggers complicates the plans of the East Side Kids.
