Millions is a 2004 British comedy directed by Danny Boyle. After the tragic death of their mother, British children Damian (Alex Etel) and Anthony (Lewis McGibbon) move to the small town of Widnes with their father, Ronnie (James Nesbitt). When a bag filled with thousands of pounds randomly falls onto the boys' playhouse, Damian, who is very religious, believes that it came from God. He begins to secretly give his share of the cash to the less fortunate in order to follow the teachings of Christ, while his brother spends the money on more practical concerns. After the boys learn that there was a recent train robbery in the area, they realize that the bag of cash is actually the rightful property of the Bank of England. When one of the train robbers comes to Widnes to look for their stolen money, Damian and Anthony band together to prevent the cash from falling into the wrong hands.
