Mr. Vincent is a 1997 drama written and directed by Robert Celestino. The film is a dark tale of an English teacher's descent into sexual jealousy and madness. Johnny Vincent (Frank John Hughes) is an uninspired English teacher and ambitious songwriter whose career and psychological health are both on the edge. He takes a severe blow after his long suffering wife leaves him, but he manages to move on with a new girlfriend, Lisa (Lisa Lo Cicero). Their relationship is at first sweet and loving and both find inspiration in each other. However, as his music ambitions go unrealized and his teaching career unravels, Johnny becomes ever more dependent on Lisa. The relationship quickly takes a very dark turn when lies, treachery, obsession and violence spin out of control. Soon Jonny is teetering on the edge of oblivion. Mr. Vincent also features Shoshana Ami, Robert Bruzio, Alexander Barnett and Vic Nassisi.
