MVP 2: Most Vertical Primate is a 2002 family comedy movie by director Robert Vince, the second film in the MVP movie saga. Jack (Bernie) is somewhat different from most movie protagonists—he is not a human, but a primate! He does not let that little fact of species hold him back, however, and when he is invited to play for the Seattle Simians hockey team, he is ready to sign on. But the dream of becoming a professional athlete seems fated to be short lived when Jack is falsely accused of league misconduct and kicked off of the team. He has to hit the road and find a new occupation. Luckily for Jack, the hard times do not last long when he realizes that his athletic talents are not confined to the rink: he also has some pretty snazzy skateboarding abilities! In MVP 2: Most Vertical Primate, Jack is back and ready to rock and roll, this time tearing up half-pipes and pulling off the kind of tricks that an only a Most Vertical Primate can.moreless
