My Name is Nobody is a satiric western film from 1973 brought to you by Tonino Valerii and Sergio Leone, who is best know for his work on The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. The film is often regarded as a Spaghetti western film since it was created by Italian directors during the 1970's. The movie centers around two characters - a hitman named Nobody (Terence Hill) and an aged outlaw from the West, Jack Beauregard (Henry Fonda). Nobody is hired to pursue Beauregard and gun him down. But when Nobody finally tracks him down, he realizes he can't kill him and they become companions. However, Beauregard is getting a little too old for the game and wants to throw in the towel and retire in Europe soon. Nobody insists that he go out with a bang, literally, and makes every effort to arrange for an ultimate shoot out. My Name is Nobody premiered in several different languages upon its release in 1973 and was met with much critical acclaim. This is a definite must see if you are a fan of Leone, or Western film.moreless
