National Geographic: Creepy Creatures is just one part of a larger National Geographic series that profiles some of the most common, yet intriguing things that occur and surround us in the world today. In this thirty minute, spine tingling installment National Geographic brings us deep into the unknown to better understand what is sometimes right in front of us. Narrated by Clawdette the Black Cat, this program is meant to introduce kids to nature's nastiest, and most dangerous beasts in the animal kingdom ' both large and small. Follow Clawdette as she shows us real life vampires that live in some of the world's largest caves, watch as a black widow spider paralyzes and kills it's prey with deadly venom, and stay clear of the deadly saliva from the largest lizard on the planet ' the komodo dragon. The program is filled with ghastly ghoulish characters and an equally horrifyingly good soundtrack comprised of frightful sing-a-longs.
