National Lampoon Presents: Electric Apricot: Quest for Festeroo is a comedy movie, which depicts the events of a beginner jam band titled "Electric Apricot" (in the the style of "This Is Spinal Tap"). The members of this band are Steve Hampton Trouzdale (Adam Gates) on vocals and bass, Steve "Gordo" Gordon on guitar and vocals (Bryan Kehoe), Herschal Tambor Brillstien on keyboards and vocals (Jonathan Korty) and Lapland "Lapdog" Miclovik on drums and vocals (Les Claypool). This movie is actually inspired from real events and progress of the rock band "Electric Apricot"; with the style of a documentary, but more funny and filmed with a humorous style, and it is mainly about the band's "quest" to reach and eventually win the musical festival "Festeroo". It shows the band how it is, without hiding their true personalities. In fact, it is a National Lampoon production, a company renowned for doing quality comedy movies.
