Released:
2005

National Lampoon's Barely Legal tells the hilarious story of high school students Fred (Tony Denman), Matt (Daniel Farber), and Deacon (Erik von Detten) chasing the American Dream: sex, money and power! Thanks to Fred's after school job as a video store clerk, the boys are able to gain power and money by stealing pornographic videos from the store, duplicating them, and then selling them to other high school students. Once Fred is fired, the boys feel that they will never reach their dream of attracting the opposite sex. Then, the boys try their hand at creating their own films so they can achieve the final goal. They begin filming in Deacon's basement, which leads to comical scenes. This film was also released under the title "After School Special." Comedian Horatio Sanz makes a cameo as the local pornography producer. This film also features Amy Smart, Tom Arnold, Riley Smith, and Sarah-Jane Potts.
