National Lampoon's Ratko: The Dictator's Son is a 2009 comedy that follows the life of a college student in unique circumstances. Ratko Volvic (Efren Ramirez) is the son of an internationally hated and hunted despot, but he enrolls in college like his peers. It is not until he arrives at the college and begins to explore the world of politics that he discovers how his father has built his empire. Ratko is put in the position of trying to decide who he is and how he is supposed to respond to the terror that his own family has created. Meanwhile he falls in love with a beautiful young woman, Holly (Katrina Bowden). Holly is a gentle soul and a vegetarian. She has no idea who Ratko is, but as their relationship blossoms, she comes to be the one who might expose Ratko and his father. Ratko: The Dictator's Son is filled with the college humor that has made National Lampoon famous.moreless
