Navajo Trail Raiders, a Allan "Rocky" Lane western, is a film directed by R.G. Springsteen in 1949. The film begins when a crazy outlaw gang holds the town of Yellow Creek hostage. Someone is supplying the crooks with routing information, enabling them to await the arrival of the stagecoaches, gun in hand. They end up caring out this feat by plundering the freight lines that bring supplies into the town and stealing supplies that the town needs to survive for the winter. The only thing that can save the town is the insurance money on the freight, but the outlaws are waiting to steal the money. Enter Rocky Lane (Allan Lane), who comes to town on his horse Black Jack, as the best man for the wedding of Tom and Judy (Hal Landon and Barbara Bestar). It is soon discovered that it will be up to Rocky, with a little help from Nugget Clark (Eddy Waller) and John Blanford (Robert Emmett Keane), to find the mystery outlaw boss and bring the gang to justice.moreless
