Nine Lives is a 2002 horror movie written and directed by Andrew Green. Since it is Tim's (Patrick Kennedy) 21st birthday, he decides to celebrate with his eight friends, Lucy (Vivienne Harvey), Pete (David Nicolle), Laura (Amelia Warner), Damien (James Schlesinger), Emma (Rosie Fellner), Jo (Paris Hilton), Tom (Lex Shrapnel), and Andy (Ben Peyton). The entire group arrives at Tim's luxurious mansion in Scotland to spend the weekend relaxing and drinking wine. However, their good times are soon interrupted when Tom finds an old, handwritten book about Murray (Paul Smith), an 18th century Scottish lord who was brutally executed by English invaders. When Tom reads from the book, Murray's ghost possesses his body and begins to murder everyone in his path. His spirit begins to possess each person in turn, creating a seemingly endless path of carnage. With a blizzard raging outside, the guests find themselves trapped in the mansion and struggling to survive the night.
