Movie Summary

Director:
Rodrigo Garcia
Released:
2005
Rating:
R

Nine Lives made its d''but in 2005 and is the manifested work of writer and producer Rodrigo Garc''a. Each character was filmed from a single shot in real-time and divided into nine segments. The movie portrays a different character with extreme intelligence and intensities. Each character seems to spill over into the lives of one another during the movie but never really connect. The movie is full of drama, but most of the issues end before there is a resolution. The great thing about this movie is that it is a polar opposite from everyday Hollywood commercialism. Nine Lives is a must see for any student of acting who wants to learn the true form of reality acting. Nevertheless, Mr Gargia has once again created a movie which showcases actors at their best. Nine Lives was also nominated for the William Shatner Golden Groundhog Award for Best Underground Movie along with four other movies.
