November is a thriller about photographer Sophie Jacobs (Courtney Cox) who has to deal with the murder of her boyfriend, Hugh (James LeGros) at a gas station convenience store. Sophie sinks into a deepening depression ravaged and guilt-ridden by the death of Hugh. As time progresses, Sophie endlessly attempts to rid herself of this guilt, but the harder she tries, the worse her pain becomes. She consults her therapist (Nora Dunn) about depression headaches, but as the depression develops, the disease begins to control her life. After a series of bizarre events, Sophie contacts the head murder investigator, Officer Roberts (Nick Offerman), to help see if they can piece together what really happened. Sophie begins to blend the worlds of imaginative terror and harsh reality and soon, cannot tell the two apart. She vividly recalls Hugh's death with three completely different endings. It is up to Sophie to uncover the truth and put an end to this hellish nightmare.
