Off Limits, or Saigon as it was originally named, is a 1988 action/thriller scripted and directed by Christopher Crowe. The U.S. undercover military policemen Buck McGriff (Willem Dafoe) and Albaby Perkins (Gregory Hines) are appointed to a law enforcement duty in the war-time Saigon in the late 80s. Their job gets harder and more dangerous when they start investigating the suspicious killings of local prostitutes because their number one suspect is a high ranking US Army officer. Now, they have to hunt in the same army they serve to, and obviously someone, namely the prime suspect, is determined not to let them work on this investigation. The more they proceed, the more the Army officer brings their lives in danger. However, in time they realize that the Army officer is not the only one who is against them. McGriff and Albaby understand that they are on a case that no one wants solved.
