Open House is a 1987 American slasher film directed by Jag Mundhra and starring Joseph Bottoms, Adrienne Barbeau, and Rudy Ramos. The story takes place in Los Angeles, where a serial killer is attacking female real estate agents and leaving them for dead in the homes they are showing. When Dr. David Kelley (Bottoms), a call-in radio psychologist, realizes that the man on the other end of the phone line is actually the killer, he then works to discover his identity. David's girlfriend Lisa Grant (Barbeau) happens to be a realtor, and when he realizes that the killer has been using her listings to hunt down his victims, he must work to save not only her life, but also his own. The police become involved, and David must work to keep the killer on the line long enough to discover his whereabouts. Open House received poor reviews and was not a commercial success.
