Open Season 2 is the 2008 direct-to-video sequel to Sony Pictures Animation's 2006 computer animated film, Open Season. The film is set one year after the first film and protagonist Eliot (Joel McHale) has grown a new set of giant antlers, just in time for his upcoming wedding. But when Eliot has a mishap that leaves him antler-less again, just like in the first film, he starts questioning a lot of things about his life. It doesn't help that his fiance, Giselle (Jane Krakowski), has cold feet, too. But when Elliot sees Mr. Weenie (Cody Cameron) being taken away by his previous owners, Bob and Bobbie (Georgia Engel), Elliot and Giselle's wedding worries are the least of their concerns. They, with the assistance of some old friends, embark on a rescue mission that might just end up bringing them closer together again. Open Season 2 is a fun sequel that fans of the original will enjoy.
