Operation Delta Force 3: Clear Target is the 1999 second chapter in the popular cult action smash franchise, this time out directed by Mark Roper (Dancing in the Forest, Warhead, Orion's Key), who later returned for Operation Delta Force 4: Deep Fault. When government use of a satellite that can zero in on narcotics, from far out in deep space ticks off a cocaine cartel leader named Salvatore (Danny Keogh, Hearts and Minds, Invictus), he pulls out all the stops striking back by stealing a U.S. submarine and launching a chemical attack. In defense the government sends in Delta Force - constituted by leader Skip Lang (Jim Fitzpatrick, General Hospital, All My Children, Supernatural), Mac McKinney (Greg Collins, The Rock, Armageddon, Independence Day, Fast and Furious), and Hutch (Bryan Genesse, Traitor's Heart, Death Train, Screwballs II).
