Operation Delta Force 5: Random Fire is the 2000 action extravaganza, and the fourth entry in the popular action series, directed this time out by Yossi Wein (Never Say Die, Cyborg Cop III). Arab terrorist Jafari bin Kasim (Tony Caprari, Lord of War, Kickboxer 5) who brainwashes American combat veterans and sends them on suicide bombing missions. The film opens with a brainwashed man flying an explosives-laden Cessna plane into a moving train carrying a European ambassador, which blows up the train on a bridge over a lake. There are a few more suicide bombings throughout the film so finally, the Delta Force team, led by Brad Kennedy (Trae Thomas, is called in to track down Kasim and kill him and his thugs. The movie builds to a fever pitch until the final scene, where the Delta Force invades Kasim's terrorist base in the middle of Kenya and blows it up, killing many terrorists.
