Our Time is a documentary directed by Matt Heinerman and Mark Wiggins. The film follows four college students soon after graduation in 2006, as the travel to all 48 continental states talking to kids from their generation. Their mission is to find out what their generation thinks and feels about a wide range of today's issues. They talk to people from practically every walk of life including a cancer researcher, a part-time prostitute, an Iraq war veteran, a drug dealer and even a rare interview with Mark Zuckerburg, the founder of Facebook. They ask the young adults an array of questions about education, careers, politics, 9/11, sex, marriage, the internet, race, and the American Dream. The follow their quest to discover what is in the minds of their generation, up to and including the 2008 election. They find what this up-and-coming group of young adults thinks about this historic election and the future of America.
