Pack Train is a 1953 American western film by director George Archainbaud, starring Gene Autrey, Champion, and Gail Davis. Gene Autrey stars is Gene Autrey, protector of rights and campion of the wild wild west. When Sunshine Valley is struck by a potentially disastrous food and medicine shortage, Autrey and Dan Coleman (Tom London) step up by buying supplies from Trail's End. But when the owners of the town's only store, Lola Riker (Sheila Ryan) and Ross McClain (Kenne Duncan), fail to provide the supplies they promised, things get a little tricky. Will Autrey and Coleman be able to get supplies to Sunshine Valley in time, despite hi-jacking attempts and harsh road conditions? Will justice be served? And will there be any super-cool wild wild west style showdown scenes? At least to that last one, the answer is yes. Pack Train is a fun film that fans of Gene Autrey and Western movies will enjoy.
