Panga is a haunting horror film about an American woman that is cursed after interrupting a sacred tribal ceremony. The year is 1950, and pregnant young American woman Elizabeth (Jenilee Harrison) and her English husband Geoff (Andre Jacobs) are living in East Africa, where he owns and runs a sugar plantation. On a trip with her visiting sister Cindy (Jennifer Steyn), Elizabeth sees a tribal ritual where a witch doctor (Dume Shongwe) is going to sacrifice a goat for a slain herdsman. Elizabeth promptly interrupts the ceremony and takes the goat away, causing the aforementioned witch doctor to place a curse her. The pregnant bride subsequently suffers a strange stomach pain which is somehow cured by the local Doctor Pierson (Christopher Lee) and thinks she is cleared of the curse's effects, but when a demon like figure mysteriously appears and starts to kill people close to her, she realizes her problems have just begun. Sean Barton directs this very gritty horror flick also called Curse III: Blood Sacrifice.moreless
