Particle: Transformations Live is a 2006 movie about the techno jam band Particle. In 2000, the band emerged onto the musical scene, playing their techno instruments live at several concerts. This movie tapes their concert at the Henry Fonda Theater in Hollywood, where the group unveils their two new guitarists. Also, this performance reveals their new style of music that includes vocals. The songs that they perform include "Eye of the Storm", "Below Radar", "Sun Mar 11", "Lucky Man","Thanks", "L.A. Woman (with Robby Krieger, former Doors guitarist)", "W (with Joe Satriani and DJ Logic)", and "Particle People (with Blackalicious)". On top of these hit songs, the film takes a backstage look at the group with a series of photos and interviews.
