Peace Patch is a comedy/fantasy film about a group of neighbors in Boone, Iowa who cannot stop fighting with each other. Neighborhood vixen and troublemaker Dep (Laura Carpenter) - it means beautiful in Vietnamese - keeps chasing the innocent Ben (Jamie Aaron Kelley). In the meantime, Peter (Darin Roberts) constantly feuds with his hippy neighbor while he tries to avoid the mother-daughter battle taking place in his own home. The bickering will not stop until the neighbors find the peace patch - a magic piece of grass between their houses that miraculously brings all the fighting to an end. Soon, all the neighbors are solving their problems by paying a visit to the enchanted piece of grass. However, no one is sure how long the peace will last. The film was produced by My Town Pictures in 2009 and debuted in Boone, Iowa. All of the actors are Iowans, many appearing on camera for the first time.
