Pink Panther 2 is the sequel to the 2006 hit. Inspector Jacques Clouseau (Steve Martin) is back on the case to put an infamous jewel thief called 'The Tornado' behind bars. Most of the world's artifacts, from the Magna Carta in England to the Imperial sword in Japan, have been stolen and the only clue found at the scene of the crime is a trademark card with the words 'The Tornado' on it. In an effort to protect the Pink Panther diamond, Clouseau is assigned to the task. When the world-famous gem is subsequently stolen, Clouseau must team up with an elite task force with members from all the over the world including Inspector Pepperidge (Alfred Molina), Vicenzo Brancaleone (Andy Garcia), Kenji Mazuto (Yuki Matsuzaki), and Sonia Solanders (Aishwarya Rai) in an effort find the real identity of The Tornado. The blundering Clouseau and his faithful partner Ponton (Jean Reno) must use all the tricks at their disposal to return the world's treasures to their rightful place.moreless
