Pioneer Justice is a 1947 western directed by Ray Taylor. When Marshal Cheyenne (Al "Lash" LaRue) and Fuzzy Q. Jones (Al St. John) learn that somebody has murdered a ranger (Bob Woodard) in the town of Buffalo Gap, they head there to investigate the crime. After they arrive, they discover that a thug named Bill Judd (Jack Ingram) has murdered Al Walters (Steve Drake) during a poker game and has threatened to kill his beautiful sister Betty (Jennifer Holt) as well. When Cheyenne and Fuzzy save Betty, she tells them that Judd and the other criminals in an evil gang have been terrorizing all of the ranchers in the area. Although the gang is running families off their homesteads, Sheriff Peters (Henry Hall) is not trying to stop them. After hearing of the plight of the citizens, Cheyenne and Fuzzy become determined to find out the identity of the gang's leader.
