Pizza is a comedy from 2005 written and directed by Mark Christopher. Cara Ethel (Kylie Sparks) isn't happy. She's overweight, she doesn't have any friends, she lives with her mother who is blind and clueless, and her brother who is a continual pest. On what should be a happy occasion, her 18th birthday, Cara is miserable. She invents a group of imaginary friends and then has pretend conversations with them. Her mother hears the conversations and thinks Cara is having a great birthday party. Cara is sure the highlight of the night will be the pizza delivery. Finally there is a knock at the door and it is a 30-year-old pizza delivery guy, Matt Firenze (Ethan Embry). Cara sees Matt as a way to escape her party, and convinces him to rescue her. Matt agrees. Cara and Matt set out delivering pizzas, sharing their stories and meeting entertaining characters along the way.
