Portraits of a Killer is a psychological thriller about a young attorney that begins to have feelings for the man she is defending. Up and coming young defense lawyer Elaine Taylor (Jennifer Grey) has just been handed the case of the century, defending famed serial killer suspect George Kendall (Costas Mandylor). Many of the charming photographer's known subjects have also become victims, and the inexperienced attorney turns to Assistant D.A. Carolyn Price (Patricia Charbonneau) and detective Ernie Hanson (Michael Ironside) for help in finding the real killer. But the real trouble for Taylor comes when she develops feelings for Kendall, blurring the line between emotion and justice as the suspect seems to be a dangerous character indeed. With the case, her career, and her life on the line, Taylor must rely on all her resources to avoid a sure disaster. Bill Corcoran directs this gripping drama about a very complicated and deadly case.
