Pusher 3: I'm the Angel of Death follows the wheelings and dealings of a middle-aged drug lord, Milo (Zlatko Buric). It is his daughter's 25th birthday party, and Milo has to make sure that all the pomp and circumstance that he has planned for the occasion will go off without a hitch. He also is expecting a large shipment of heroin, but when he goes to pick it up, he discovers that his suppliers, Luan (Kujtim Loki) and Rexho (Ramadan Huseini), have brought him ecstasy pills instead. The two suppliers are insistent that Milo sell the ecstasy pills, instead of the heroin he thought he was receiving. So, Milo must turn to Muhammad (Ilyas Agac), who is not dependable. Milo entrusts the sale of the ecstasy pills to Muhammad, but he disappears and leaves Milo to answer to Luan and Rexho. Pusher 3: I'm the Angel of Death delivers action and drama with the story of a middle-aged drug lord.
