Radio Inside is a 1994 American drama from writer/director Jeffrey Bell. A year after the death of their father, Matt Anderson (William McNamara) moves in with his elder brother, Michael (Dylan Walsh), in a stylish place in Miami Beach. The young Matt has just graduated from college with no particular plans or ambitions. Michael, a well-intentioned but materialistic advertising executive, urges his younger brother to accept adulthood by starting a professional career. Matt, who is a dreamer, loathes the corporate world, takes a job as a pool lifeguard, communes with his father's ghost, and has a lengthy dialogue with Jesus Christ (incarnated as a Cuban vagrant). The tension between the brothers' personalities begins to grow out of control when Matt falls profoundly for Michael's girlfriend, Natalie (Elizabeth Shue), a kind and romantic book store clerk. Torn between his first true love and his last family member, Matt has to deal with the harsher realities of growing up or lose himself in the attempt.moreless
