Raiders of the Range is a classic western film, released in 1942. It chronicles the story of "the three mesquiteers." This trio sets out to help a local man, named Doc Higgins (Tom Chatterton). Doc has a vision which he believes will be of benefit to his local community and make himself a rich man at the same time. It is the task of the Mesquiteers to aid Doc in his efforts, while, at the same time, keeping the local saloon owner, Sam (Frank Jacquette), from blackmailing others into performing various tasks for him. Sam is also one of Doc's number one reasons for being unsuccessful at achieving his goals. The mesquiteers prove to Doc and the community, by taking odd and hilarious measures, that they are willing to go any length to achieve their goals. If you are a lover of classic westerns, then Raiders of the Range is a must see comedy.
