Raising Hell is a 2003 horror film starring Michael Hayes, Mirinda James, Ashton Holmes, and Michael Burnside. Governor Harrison (Hayes) is in a tight spot: he's facing possible indictment for racketeering and his poll numbers for the upcoming election are steadily dropping. In order to make sure he's reelected, he decides to call on a demon to destroy his enemies, using the Keys of Solomon. The Keys have the strength to bind any force from heaven and hell and had been given to Peter by Jesus. After they were lost centuries ago, the Jesuits were tasked with tracking the Keys down using any means necessary, but now the governor has them and intends to use them at any cost. As the violent deaths caused by the governor start racking up, press representative Zack Alder (Holmes) uncovers the truth and now he and police officer Lynn Russell (James) must stop the governor before it's too late.
