Ramones: Raw is a music film that was released in 2004 and directed by John Cafiero. This film travels with the famous punk rock band, the Ramones, through 20 years of success. Marky Ramone captures all the group's memories on film and has released much of this never-before-seen footage to share with the world. The film includes on-the-road footage, backstage video and home movies, to give viewers a glimpse into what made this band one of the founding punk rock band in America. Spanning from 1979 to 1996, the film includes footage with all the Ramones, including Marky, Johnny, Dee Dee, Joey and C.J. and includes some of their most famous appearances including the Howard Stern Show and the Uncle Floyd Show. Special guests include Carly Simon, Bono, Eddie Vedder, Gilbert Gottfried, Drew Barrymore, "Grandpa" Al Lewis and a special showcasing of Robby Krieger, from The Doors, playing "Take It as It Comes" live with the Ramones.
