Rampage is a 2009 dramatic crime thriller written and directed by Uwe Boll. In the film, Bill Williamson (Brendan Fletcher) is a twentysomething man who still lives with his parents (Lynda Boyd, Matt Frewer). Bill is psychologically tormented by the daily news, radio broadcasts and the views of the world from his only friend, Evan Drince (Shaun Sipos). The damaged young man feels all the world's problems are created by overcrowding. When a series of events between him and his parents and he and his mean boss (Laurie J. Brunett) push Bill over the edge, he decides to carry out his plan for fixing the world. A plan he has considered for years. To prepare for his mission, he goes home and puts on the full body of armour he has made of Kevlar including a ballistic helmet and a paint ball mask. His intention is to thin the world's population beginning in his hometown of Tenderville, Oregon.
