Remember Me is a 2010 drama film starring Robert Pattinson and Emilie De Ravine that takes place in the year 2001. Pattinson plays Tyler Hawkins, a brooding 21-year-old who is dejected following his brother's suicide. He is working on a strained relationship with his businessman father Charles (Pierce Brosnan). Meanwhile, Ally (Emilie De Ravine) is living with her detective father Neil (Chris Cooper) while going to New York University. Tyler and his roommate Aidan (Tate Ellinton) get in trouble with the law one night and are confronted by Neil. Aidan cooks up a revenge scheme to have Tyler seduce and sleep with Neil's daughter Ally only to break up with her and break her heart. Tyler agrees to the plan, but soon begin to realize that he and Ally have a lot in common. After a fight with her father, Ally moves in with Tyler and Aidan. Neil eventually finds out that Ally is living there and confronts Tyler. Tyler responds to this confrontation by revealing his original plan. Ally hears this and leaves Tyler. Aidan then tells Ally that everything was his idea and that Tyler was in love with her. Tyler is then working in his father's office which is located in the World Trade Center.moreless
