Return From Witch Mountain is the story of a magical pair of siblings, Tia (Kim Richards) and Tony (Ike Eisenmann), and their trip to Los Angeles. The pair can communicate and move things only with the power of their minds. While in Los Angeles, Tony prevents an accident by moving the cars out of the way with his powers. The evil scientist with plans of world domination, Victor (Christopher Lee), sees this and kidnaps Tony so he can use his powers to take over the world. Aided in his quest by Letha (Bette Davis), Victor implants a chip in Tony's brain so he can control Tony's thoughts and make him do his bidding. Tia must save her brother, and as a result, the world, so she recruits a gang of street kids to aid her in the fight against Victor and Letha. Can Tia save Tony before Victor uses him to take over the world?
