Return to Green Acres chronicles the life and times of the Douglas family as they trade their small town, farm life for the lights and glitz of the big city. Lisa Douglas (Eva Gabor) absolutely adores the city and the penthouse that she and her husband live in, but unfortunately for her, they must move back to Hooterville and abandon the city. Her husband, and another protagonist of the movie Oliver (Eddie Albert), pack up their penthouse and move back to their farm so that Oliver can help out his friends. Shady developers are trying to move their way into Hooterville and push all of its residents out of the town. Oliver comes back to his hometown and works as a lawyer. He must help his friends and family keep the rights to their property so that they can live on their own land for the rest of their lives. This movie is the movie version of the TV series Green Acres.moreless
