Rise Of The Scarecrows is a low budget horror movie about a big city cop that moves to a mysterious small town. Fed up with the high level of crime in the big city, Officer Brown (Anthony Brown) moves to Adams, Massachusetts, looking for peace, quiet, and a slower paced life. The simple town is just want the doctor ordered, with the rampant illegal activity nowhere to be found. But as he gets to know the quaint little New England neck of the woods, Brown begins to discover a dark secret hidden deep in the woods themselves, with out of town guests often given a rather discourteous form of hospitality. With the local sheriff no help at all, Brown looks to try and stop the problem himself. But when he learns the true meaning of the rise of the scarecrows, it just may be too late to make it out alive. Geno McGahee and Jeremy Weiskotten direct this campy slasher, about a terrifying secret in very small town.moreless
