Director:
Ridley Scott
Released:
2010
Rating:
PG-13

Robin Longstride has been loyally fighting alongside King Richard the Lionheart in the savage crusades for many years. But during a significant skirmish, the king is felled by an enemy arrow and Robin decides it's time to return home, taking along the way a group of merry men he calls his friends, Little John, Will Scarlett and Allan A'Dayle. On the way, the King's guards are ambushed while en route to deliver the crown to Richard's young brother John, unaware that a coup is being staged by John's ally Godfrey who is in league with the king of France. Robin and his group come along and retrieve the crown and the dying Robert Locksley charges Robin with a task: deliver his sword to his father and take care of Robert's now widow, the Lady Marion.
