Robot Holocaust is a 1986 sci/fi feature now available on Hulu. It was made in Italy by adult film director Tim Kincaid and released straight to VHS. This is the futuristic story of nomad Neo who has been wandering with his robot friend Klutzy since his land was pummeled from atomic blasts by the evil machine Dark One. Neo comes across a group of slaves who are used to generate power for Dark One's power station. One of the slaves, a beautiful woman, urges Neo to save her imprisoned scientist father, who has invented a machine that will take away Dark One's power and end his hold over the human slaves. Neo must pool together a brave collection of unlikely fighters to take on Dark One and his group of evil machines. This movie is a great example of B-movies from the 80's and was notably featured on “Mystery Science Theater 3000” in 1990. The basic Plot of man vs. machine in a fight for the future, along with the name of the hero, can be compared to “The Matrix”.moreless
