Rock N Roll's Greatest Teen Idols was produced by Quantum Leap and released in late 2007. It is a collection of performances by rock idols who rose to stardom during the 1950s and 60s. The video footage is a mix of new and old, with some of the footage coming from concerts during the 50s and 60s when the idols were new, and other footage coming from a revival performance during the 1980s. Performance footage includes Joey Dee singing "Peppermint Twist", Bobby Vee singing Devil Angel", Frankie Lymon and the Teenagers singing "Pretty Baby" and much more. Other featured acts include Buddy Knox, Jack Scott, Tommy Sands, Tommy Roe and others. Clips of footage are strung together organically, without transitional scenes between clips or introduction information before each song. The film also includes footage from the 1956 film Rock Rock Rock and interview and documentary footage from CBC's 1957 special on Paul Anka.
