San Franpsycho is a 2006 horror-thriller directed by Eduardo and Jose Quiroz. A killer (Jose Rosete) is killing people on the streets of San Francisco. The serial murderer is a sick religious zealot who stalks and kills his victims to save their souls. Two San Francisco detectives, Detective Bill Culp (Joe Estevez) and Officer Eckersley (Todd Bridges), are put on the case as the body count rises. A newspaper reporter covering the case begins to get a series of mysterious notes from the killer and realizes he is the next target of the madman. The reporter joins forces with the police to catch the crazed killer. He also gets assistance from a priest, who is a psychologist, to help gain insight understanding of the actions of the serial killer who is terrorizing the citizens of San Francisco. As the killer begins to stalk the reporter, it is up to Bill and Eckersley to catch him before it's too late.
