Sanctuary is a 2010 martial arts adventure in which the criminal underworld is in a race against a brave archaeologist to find a long-buried treasure. Krit (Mike B) is a young temple boy training in meditation and the martial arts. He is assigned to watch over the place of worship and all of the treasures contained within it. One such treasure is a set of ancient royal antiques, which were once stolen by a gang of thieves long ago. The thieves, pursued by the royal guard, deposited the treasures somewhere within the walls of the temple and were then killed. Those antiques are the target of a group of mafia bosses, descendents of the thieves of long ago. They hire Patrick (Russell Wong), former Director of the US Military National Exploration Unit, and Selina (Patharawin Timkul), an assassin. Krit must use all of his wits and all of his power to stop the two interlopers from pillaging the temple, along with the help of Praifa (Intira Charoenpura), a young archaeologist.moreless
