Dixie Barlow (Ann Corio) is the main attraction at a strip club that is under attack from a new District Attorney, Jefferson Baxter (Henry Kolker). As her livelihood is shut down, Dixie is saved from jail by her clever lawyer, Gil Gailord (Damian O'Flynn). In order to keep her out of jail, though, he finds an ailing old woman to pose as Dixie's mother. While Dixie learns to cope with her new life, she decides to take out her fear and unhappiness on the District Attorney who nearly ruined her life. The way she does this is to go after his son, Jeff Baxter (William Henry). Will she take out her revenge and break this young man's heart, or will she find that there is more to life?
