Satisfaction is a 1988 dramatic comedy about a teenage orphan who decides to forgo college in order to pursue her dream of leading a successful rock 'n' roll band. The teen, Jennie Lee (Justine Bateman), eventually finds herself as part of an aspiring group called "Mystery," which consists of four girls and one guy. The friends have growing aspirations after earning their first real gig playing at a resort club. In addition to the band providing entertainment, the job also includes a quaint living accommodation of one room that they all must share. Chaos soon follows as teenage angst sets in and the group deals with the perils of drugs, romance and negative choices surrounding them. Living in close quarters in the midst of chasing their dreams, the experience provides the band mates with a summer that they will never forget. Satisfaction is a Twentieth Century Fox Entertainment production and was directed by Joan Freeman.
