Scenes from the Goldmine is a film by director Marc Rocco. The film centers around a woman who hopes to someday make it big in the music industry. Debi DiAngelo (Catherine Mary Stewart) is a talented and ambitious musician, both a keyboardist and a songwriter, who has been working diligently in hopes to someday break into the New Wave music scene. She meets Niles Dresden (Cameron Dye), lead singer of a band, and he asks her to join. Ecstatic, she immediately accepts his invitation. Everything seems to be going smoothly for Debi until she notices Niles' shady schemes. Niles is stealing her songs, her music, and her creations. What is his intention? Does he plan to use her and then toss her out of his band? Meanwhile, Debi tries to improve her relationship with her father. Find out what happens to Debi and see if things turn around for the better in Scenes from the Goldmine.
