Sesame Street: 20 Years and Still Counting celebrates the 20th anniversary of the well-know children's program Sesame Street. First broadcast in 1989 by Jim Henson Productions, the special is hosted by Bill Cosby, who discusses how the show has evolved since its inception in 1969. He also reminisces on the creative ways that the writers have incorporated education into the show. Kermit the Frog has a large role in the production as he searches for the answer to the question, "Can you tell me how to get to Sesame Street?" Several other beloved Muppets are featured, including Big Bird, Grover, Bert and Ernie, and the Count. Viewers will see a variety of guest stars perform, including Ray Charles singing "It's Not Easy Bein' Green" and Placido Domingo performing the duet "Look Through the Window" with Placido Flamingo. Sesame Street: 20 Years and Still Counting closes as the entire cast performs the musical number "Sing".
